Ordering Information

Universal Remote Control, Inc. (URC) does not sell directly to end users. URC products are

sold through a nationwide network of distributors and direct dealers. Possession of this price list

does not entitle you to buy from URC.

In order to assure that our customers enjoy the maximum benefit of our Sales Programs and

Promotions, URC accepts orders submitted through our Sales Reps ONLY. URC does not

accept orders directly from resellers. If you do not know the name of your sales rep, please visit

For information regarding Shipping, Freight Policy, Payment, Refused Orders or Returned

Warranty Information

All URC products that are purchased from an authorized dealer have a one year USA

Limited Warranty. Products that were not purchased from an authorized dealer are not

covered by the USA Limited Warranty and should be returned to place of purchase.

Return Authorization

All products being returned for service, repair or exchange require an RA#. Please call

914-835-4484. Any product returned without a proper RA# or to any address other than our

Valhalla, NY distribution center will be refused. Defective products being returned for exchange

must be in the original factory carton, with all original packing materials and manual. All

missing materials are subject to surcharge. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all

returns. Returns must be freight prepaid. Products returned freight collect will be refused. No

refunds. You may have certain rights granted by laws that vary from state to state.

Special Notice about 418MHz and 433MHz Products

URC’s i-series products (designated with a lower case “i” as in MX-980i, MRF-260i and RFX-250i

for instance) all operate at 433MHz and are compatible only with other i-series products. You cannot

use an MX-3000i with an RFX-250, for example. The RFX-250 receives commands from 418MHz

remotes and the RFX-250i receives commands from 433MHz remotes. You can connect any combi-

nation of two RFX-250 and/or RFX-250i antennas simultaneously to an MSC-400 or an MRF-350.
